Booking Process

After submitting an inquiry via the "BOOK" page you will receive a message outlining the pricing via email. Moving forward you will receive an invoice via PayPal for the deposit securing your date and time. An invoice for the remaining balance will be sent 48 hours before your scheduled date. If it is not paid, then the invoice will be canceled.

Booking Security

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your date. Your date will not be secured until after your deposit is paid in full. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. Within 24 hours of your inquiry to book, you will be sent an invoice. The deposit is expected to be paid 48 hours before the event. If it is not, then the invoice will be canceled. Should you want to rebook, then there is a $60 rebooking fee.

Last Minute Events

Events that need planning with a one week notice or before will REQUIRE a $200 rush fee on top of the booking fee!

Venue Consultations 

We'd love to be a part of you booking your venue for your event. There will be a $100 fee. This will cover travel time, creative idea concepts, and gas mileage.
